Meet Alex
Alex Rodawig serves as Managing Director. In his role, Alex is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Carson Wealth including management, operations, advisor development and nationwide growth opportunities for the firm.
Alex joined Carson in 2019. With over thirty years of business experience, he brings a wide variety of financial services and private business expertise to the Carson team. For the last seven years, Alex was the Managing Partner and Owner of a private apparel manufacturing company with operations in the United States, Mexico, and Nicaragua, serving approximately 5,000 employees. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and National Director of Brokerage for Wells Fargo Private Bank for eleven years. He led consulting programs for Senior Financial Advisors and Regional Brokerage Managers to grow their businesses and improve overall effectiveness and productivity. He also served as Senior Director of Brokerage, leading a multi-state region of Regional Brokerage Managers, Financial Advisors, and Licensed Bankers. He began his business career in 1988 with Piper Jaffray and held several management roles over thirteen years in sales management, sales and branch management development, strategic planning, operations, and compliance.
Alex graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also completed the Executive Development Program of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University in Chicago. Over the years, he has been active in the community including serving as Chairman of the Des Moines Blank Park Zoo Foundation Executive Board; United Way Community Campaign Volunteer in Minneapolis, Des Moines, Denver, and Sioux City; and Colorado Academy Parent Volunteer.
Alex lives in Greenwood Village, CO with his wife, Caroline, and two daughters. They love to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer, travel frequently, and Alex is also an avid golfer in his spare time.
