Meet Gwen
Gwen Riley joined our team as the Director of First Impressions, bringing a dynamic and diverse professional background to the team. A graduate of Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, Gwen earned her degree in Theatre, graduating Cum Laude. She spent over a decade working in live theatre productions across the country before returning to southern Louisiana to pursue a career in customer service.
Her journey has included roles as a Technology Specialist for a Lexus dealership, a flight attendant for the startup airline Breeze Airways, and a patient liaison in the medical sales industry. Each position honed her exceptional communication skills and reinforced her passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Guided by insights from the book What Color is Your Parachute, Gwen redirected her career to align with her strengths and interests.
Gwen is an active participant in her community, supporting the American Heart Association and engaging in the American Business Women’s Association’s local chapter for professional development.
Outside of work, Gwen enjoys yoga, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
