Meet Heather
Heather Edwards is a Director of Operations based in Bedford, Texas.
Heather has been with Brian and Shawndi’s current team since 2010. She handles day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on efficiency and time management. Heather develops intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, client service staff supervision and task delegation.
Heather began her career with an independent financial advisory firm where she worked as Brian and Shawndi’s assistant for eight years. She then worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Client Service Associate before re-joining Brian and Shawndi’s team in 2010.
Heather lives in Roanoke and enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their children, Braylon and Madison.
