Ryan T. Sullivan

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined our team in May 2010 after a brief stint in the insurance industry, where he gained valuable experience in client service and operations.

A proud Marquette native, Ryan graduated from Finlandia University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. At Carson Wealth, he plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness in his work, always aligning with the firm’s core values of putting clients first and providing value beyond a doubt.

As a Sr. Service & Support Specialist, Ryan supports trading operations, maintains data integrity, reporting, and billing, and collaborates with internal and external teams to enhance processes. He is known for his strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. His ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and proactively address challenges has made him a trusted resource for both advisors and clients.

Growing up in Marquette, Ryan developed a love for sports and the outdoors at an early age. After high school, he pursued his passion for hockey, traveling around the country playing for teams in Missouri and Montana before continuing his hockey career at Finlandia University.

Today, Ryan channels that same enthusiasm into coaching local youth hockey teams, including his sons’ teams, fostering a love for the game in the next generation. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing hockey, biking, golfing, and spending quality time with his family.

Ryan lives in Marquette with his wife, Elizabeth, their two sons, Shay and Chase, and their energetic English Springer Spaniel, Getzy.
